Druva Celebrates its CRN Women of the Channel Honorees!

Today, we celebrate the Druva women named to CRN’s Women of the Channel list for 2024. This list recognizes women who demonstrate exceptional channel leadership, strategic vision, and advocacy that impact business growth and innovation in the IT industry. We proudly affirm that our Druva honorees not only exemplify these characteristics but use such talents to drive success for their partners and inspire the next generation of women in the channel.

These honorees have made a tangible impact and a lasting mark on the industry. This recognition highlights their contributions while amplifying the visibility of deserving women in leadership and fostering a more inclusive channel ecosystem. We are so proud of our Druva women leaders; their grit, determination, unwavering commitment to excellence, and remarkable achievements over the past year as recognized by CRN.

Amelia Hadfield, Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Amelia led collaborative efforts between marketing, sales, and operations to optimize and adjust targeting, changing how we approach marquee events and key launches resulting in a significant increase in sourced and influenced pipelines. She has also collaborated with sales,  channel partners, demand gen, PMM, and MOPS teams to drive partner growth. She expanded her existing purview of the channel by building great relationships with channel peers. These fostered relationships have helped her to thrive within the channel space.

Jessica Ambulos, Partner Sales Director

Jessica successfully helped establish new business connections with three Public Sector partners that had not previously engaged with Druva. These partnerships resulted in substantial investments in both sales and technical aspects of Druva, leading to significant revenue growth throughout 2023, with promising prospects for continued momentum in 2024. Notably, Jessica's executive rapport with a key commercial partner was pivotal in aligning these entities closely with Druva's executive leadership and core sales strategy. The cohesive teamwork and collaborative efforts further bolstered these achievements.

Kathryn Graham, Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Kathryn led the successful implementation of a new partner program to support Druva’s continued channel growth. The Druva Partner+ Program now empowers and rewards partners for their sustained success in a unified manner globally. Together with her team, she has improved partner engagement rates by optimizing and increasing channel offerings. She also spearheaded enhancements to Druva’s Partner Academy, leading to a rise in partner enablement.  Kathryn collaborated with her sales counterparts to build new business with Druva’s Elite partners and drive perpetual growth. 

Maribeth Khan, Senior Director, Partner Sales

Maribeth helped to grow Druva’s channel business in her region by focusing on training and enabling our strategic and emerging partners. She additionally onboarded and enabled several new partners within her region. She has expanded Druva’s footprint in our strategic and emerging partner base by aligning our sales teams and executives for deeper cross-company engagement — additionally leveraging the Druva Partner+ Program benefits to drive adoption of our sales and technical certifications for increased awareness.

Rebekka Millington, Senior Partner Sales Manager, UK&I

Rebekka has created and executed efficient GTM plans resulting in a significant increase in pipeline creation. She has used her existing channel relationships to open up new partnerships while creating more brand awareness and visibility. She has built strategies of simplicity against competition and influenced overall GTM in the UKI leveraging our key alliance partners to support.

Sonia Oceguera, Partner Sales Manager

Sonia’s focus has centered on fostering in-person connections and empowering the channel regarding our solutions and Partner+ Program. This strategic approach has effectively positioned Druva as the preferred solution among numerous key partners. She has driven face-to-face engagement and enabled the channel on our solutions and partner program, resulting in increased business and brand recognition with new and existing partners.
