Our goal is to shape a workplace that mirrors the community. Openness and responsibility are crucial for enhancing diversity, so we've established bold objectives and consistently evaluate our advancements to propel us ahead.

We plan to increase our gender equity ratio by 30% by 2025.        



We are aiming for a 28% increase in our U.S. representation of Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and Multiracial employees by the end of 2027.
