Channel Execution & Effectiveness Director
Alana helped launch a Channel Management System featuring Partner Growth Plans, AE Scorecards, and a Partner Matrix to improve alignment and strategic focus. Partnering with Business Intelligence, she built dashboards that drove record Partner Sourced bookings, steady Net New Logo and Deal Registration growth, and sustained year-over-year gains.
Jacqueline Frankish
International Director, Field and Channel Marketing
With 25 years in the channel, Jacqueline has successfully spearheaded the expansion of Druva’s international team, significantly increasing coverage across the UKI, EMEA, ASEAN, and India. She has championed partner engagement programs and introduced ROI-driven initiatives, such as the No-Pitch Demo. With her team, she has orchestrated over 150 partner marketing events, campaigns, and activities, achieving 110% of channel marketing goals and enhancing global pipeline influence.
Jessica Ambulos
Director, Partner Relationships
Jessica expanded Druva’s channel partnerships by managing Dell APEX OEM relationships and driving Public Sector growth. She strengthened ties with Dell executives, aligning efforts with Druva’s sales teams. Jessica also developed two key federal partners, enabling investments that boosted 2024 revenue and set the stage for continued success in 2025.
Kacie Ricci
Senior Field and Partner Marketing Manager
Kacie planned and executed 60 Druva-led partner events in the past year, each designed with joint value realization in mind. These campaigns generated 57 partner-attached opportunities and delivered multimillion-dollar outcomes. Her ability to deepen collaboration with partner sellers continues to position Druva as a trusted data protection ally in North America.
Kathryn McFee
Inside Channel Account Manager, EMEA
Kathryn onboarded over 30 partners across distribution and VARs, developed predictive performance dashboards, and bridged the gap between distribution and direct partner engagement. Her proactive support for enablement, forecasting, and resource alignment continues to drive visibility, performance, and pipeline across EMEA.
Kenna Chapman
Channel Account Manager, West
Kenna led the revival and growth of four emerging partners, including revitalizing a dormant account that hadn’t generated business in over two years. Through consistent enablement, strategic alignment, and deep understanding of partner needs, she is shaping Druva’s West region channel to scale with agility and trust.
Soraya Tatti
Director, Partner Sales
Soraya boosted partner engagement through targeted training and streamlined onboarding, equipping partners for faster success. Her efforts to build strategic alliances and drive joint go-to-market initiatives contributed to significant revenue growth and long-term channel impact. She exceeded 430% of the plan in her first year, earned Q3 recognition for top performance, and received the CRO Ecosystem Team Award for FY 2024.
Stephanie Wiess
Partner Sales Manager
With 10+ years in the channel and a keen understanding of strategic relationships, Stephanie led the Credit Union Campaign across CDW’s Financial Verticals. Her targeted enablement and customer-facing events helped expand Druva’s footprint across all CDW verticals, unlocking new logos and accelerating cloud data protection adoption.
