As a leading pharmaceutical company, it was clear that Allergan’s approach to dealing with legal holds and eDiscovery was heavily siloed, cumbersome and manual. Legal teams would notify IT to place a particular user’s data on hold. Then IT staff would physically locate the workstation or laptop and manually ensure the data was there.

Allergan implemented Druva across all of its endpoints, allowing data to be automatically collected in the cloud. Allergan can now access this data from anywhere in the world through Druva’s intuitive dashboard. The minimal impact on end users means improved productivity, while the simplified management and automatic backup scheduling ensures that data is readily accessible.

GameStop needed an efficient cloud backup and recovery solution to meet business continuity requirements across its over 7,000 retail stores in 14 countries. The company had various virtualized environments with over 250TB of data, but its on-premises backup infrastructure procedures were so complex and inefficient that it was unable to meet business continuity SLAs.

GameStop turned to Druva to secure its data in enterprise server workloads and virtual environments. GameStop was able to take advantage of the global deduplication technology provided by Druva and AWS — and ultimately increase cost savings.
