Jaspreet Singh
Milind Borate
Milind has more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise product development and delivery. Prior to co-founding Druva, he worked at Veritas Software as Technical Director for SAN-FS and served on the board of the Veritas patent committee. Milind holds several patents in storage technology and co-authored the book “Undocumented Windows NT” in 1998. His current areas of interest are cloud storage and machine learning for unstructured data. Milind is passionate about building engineering teams that deliver end-to-end solutions and among his favorite pass-times is philosophizing on software development.
Stephen Manley
Stephen delivers solutions to help customers extract the full potential of their data. In leading development of data management capabilities for startups and serving as CTO of the Data Protection Group at Dell EMC, Stephen found his passion in partnering with customers to solve data protection challenges for today’s enterprise and evolve modern data storage. He also spent time at NetApp as a senior technical director of data protection. Stephen is excited to connect with new customers and technology to transform how people protect, preserve, and use their data. Stephen works tirelessly to bring the latest innovative technologies to our customers, so they can always protect, manage, and increasingly obtain more value from their data.
John Hultman
John Hultman is Chief Revenue Officer at Druva. He brings nearly 30 years of global technology sales experience to the role, with deep expertise in SaaS, cloud, and security. Hultman will focus on driving global go-to-market strategy, accelerating growth, and strengthening Druva’s relationships with its customers and partners. Hultman joined Druva from Cohesity, where he led Americas Sales and was responsible for driving growth and predictability across the Americas sales organization. Prior to Cohesity, he spent nearly two decades at Dell EMC overseeing multiple specialty sales teams, and before that, he held various senior sales leadership roles at Hitachi Data Systems and Dell. Hultman has a proven track record of success in building and scaling hyper-growth teams and has demonstrated the ability to develop a results-oriented, diverse culture.
Ranga Rajagopalan
Ranga has more than two decades of leadership experience in storage and data protection. As Chief Products and Marketing Officer, he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to grow corporate share of voice, nurture customer and partner advocacy, and drive increased demand. He joins Druva from Commvault, where he was Sr. Vice President of Products and led the company’s product management and user experience efforts across its solution portfolio. Prior to this, Ranga held various engineering and product management leadership roles at Veritas, Dell EMC, and Violin Memory.
Jagroop Bal
Jagroop Bal is an accomplished financial leader with over two decades of experience driving financial strategy and business growth for global enterprise organizations. As Chief Financial Officer at Druva, he oversees Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and IT functions, ensuring strategic financial execution that accelerates the strategy and creates value for all stakeholders.
Before joining Druva, Bal served as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at VMware. In his tenure with VMware, Bal helped scale the company and transform the business model to subscription & SaaS. He played a pivotal role in driving transformative M&A, capital market transactions, and successful spinout from Dell Technologies. Prior to VMware, Bal held finance and corporate strategy roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and was a management consultant at Deloitte and Accenture. He holds a BBA and MBA from The University of Michigan - Ross School of Business.
Yogesh Badwe
As Druva’s CSO, Yogesh is responsible for overseeing all facets of Druva’s cybersecurity program and driving initiatives to help the company and its customers achieve cyber and data resilience. He is passionate about helping organizations secure their digital transformation journeys to the cloud.
Yogesh brings 15 years of strong cybersecurity leadership experience to Druva, having held senior positions at high-growth organizations such as Okta, Salesforce, Orange Business Services and Global Telesystems Ltd. Most recently, Yogesh served as Senior Director of Information Security at Okta where he was instrumental in helping build and lead the security function through a period of significant business growth from $40M to $1.2B in ARR, and securing the company’s journey through a successful IPO in 2017.
Keith Lutz
Keith is a technology and business leader with more than 25 years of experience driving digital transformation and aligning IT strategy with organizational goals. As Chief Information Officer at Druva, he leads the vision and execution of enterprise systems strategy, while championing modernization efforts across core business platforms. His focus is on delivering scalable, automated, and integrated technology solutions that support innovation and long-term growth.
Before joining Druva, Keith served as Sr. Vice President and CIO at Ivanti, where he spearheaded major digital transformation initiatives. His leadership was instrumental in scaling the company's revenue from $495M to over $1.2B through the modernization of legacy infrastructure, implementation of a cloud-first strategy, and creation of a formal change management function to drive user adoption and business value. Earlier in his career, Keith held senior IT leadership and engineering roles at Mattress Firm, Specific Media, and Myspace, building a strong foundation in technology operations and strategic execution.
Hsinya Shen
Hsinya brings 25 years of legal expertise in the technology industry to Druva. She has represented public and private companies of all sizes, specializing in the SaaS industry. She joins Druva from Productiv, Inc., where she served as VP of Legal, covering all legal matters. Hsinya was trained at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and started her in-house career at Yahoo! Inc. Outside of the technology industry, Hsinya serves on the board of a community bank and as a member of the Palo Alto Public Art Commission. Hsinya obtained her BA from Wellesley and her law degree from Georgetown.
Madhup Nagpal
Madhup brings over 14 years of leadership experience in Global Customer Services and Support, Business Operations, and Service Delivery. As Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at Druva, he is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and scaling Druva's services to meet the demands of a growing global customer base. Madhup joined Druva in 2017, serving as Senior Director of Product Support and later as Vice President before stepping into his current role. Prior to Druva, he held leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he managed multiple service delivery teams and critical accounts as Service Delivery Leader, and Avaya, where he advanced from Senior Software Engineer to Service Delivery Lead over nearly a decade. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering flawless execution, Madhup is dedicated to empowering customers and driving Druva's success in the data protection landscape.
Mike Gustafson
Mike Gustafson has been Chairman and an Independent Board Director at Druva since April 2016. In his more than 25 years of experience, he has successfully led multiple technology companies and teams including public and private companies across infrastructure and software offerings, as well as high growth businesses from pre-revenue to multi-billion dollar revenues. Mike was previously CEO and Chairman of Virident Systems, which was acquired by Western Digital Corporation, and where he became SVP and GM of the Flash Systems Business Unit. He also served as CEO and Board Member of BlueArc Corporation, which was acquired by Hitachi Data Systems, where he later served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the File and Content Business. Earlier in his career, Mike was SVP of Sales, Services, and Marketing at McDATA (MCDT), which went public in 2000. He has also held executive positions across sales, products, and channels at IBM.
Mike also serves on the boards of Reltio, Matterport, Everspin (MRAM), Pavilion Data Systems, and PDF Solutions (PDFS), and is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the MS Society. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis – John M. Olin School of Business.
Tracey Newell
Tracey Newell is the former president of Informatica, where she also served as a member of the company’s board of directors for two years prior to being asked to join the management team. Prior to joining Informatica, Newell served as executive vice president of global field operations at Proofpoint, where she led sales through a five-year period of hypergrowth. Recognized as a Top 100 Sales Leader by The Modern Sale, Newell led Proofpoint’s go-to-market team to become a top five leader in the cybersecurity market. Newell has also served as executive vice president of global sales at Polycom and held sales leadership positions at Juniper Networks, Webex, and Cisco Systems.
Newell currently serves in the non-profit organization Impact 100, and is also a member of the board of advisors for the University of California, Santa Barbara’s economics department. In addition to Druva, Newell serves on the board of directors of DataRobot, Highspot, Sailpoint, and Sumo Logic.
Shailendra Singh
Shailendra is a Managing Director at Sequoia Capital India and is based out of Bangalore. He has been at the firm for over ten years, and led over a dozen investments in India and SE Asia. He focuses on Consumer Internet/Mobile and Enterprise Software investments, from seed stage to early growth capital. His current board seats include Carousell, Craftsvilla, Druva, Go-Jek, JustDial (NSE:JUSTDIAL), Mu Sigma, Pine Labs, Practo, Scio Health Analytics, Tokopedia and Voonik. His prior investments include Freecharge (acquired by Snapdeal), GlobalLogic (acquired by Apax Partners), Infoedge (NSE:NAUKRI) and eClerx (NSE:ECLERX). Prior to Sequoia, Shailendra worked at Bain & Co in New York and was earlier an entrepreneur in Silicon Valley during the dotcom bubble. Shailendra received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Mumbai. Shailendra is also a Kauffman Fellow.
Bill Losch
Bill Losch served as chief financial officer of Okta, Inc., an identity management platform for enterprises, from June 2013 to March 2021. From June 2007 to June 2013, he served as chief financial officer at MobiTV, Inc., a technology platform provider of multiscreen video delivery services. From October 2004 to May 2007, Mr. Losch served as chief accounting officer of DreamWorks Animation, SKG, Inc., an animation company. From March 1998 to July 2003, Mr. Losch served in various finance positions, most recently as vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at Yahoo! Inc., an Internet company. Mr. Losch also serves on the board of Pagerduty (PD) and Onfido. He holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Jishnu Bhattacharjee
Jishnu Bhattacharjee is Managing Director at Nexus Venture Partners, a leading US – India venture capital firm, investing in innovative early to early-growth stage companies. Jishnu has invested in technology infrastructure, data, AI, SaaS and developer operations and is interested in a wide variety of start-ups. Jishnu’s current board involvements include Postman, Druva, H20.ai, Observe.ai, Jiffy.ai, Helpshift, Minio, Blueshift, Kaltura and other exciting companies. His exited investments include Rancher (acquired by SUSE), Mezi (acquired by American Express), Cloud.com (acquired by Citrix), Gluster (acquired by Red Hat), Arkin (acquired by VMware) and Elastic Box (acquired by Century Link).
Jishnu holds MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, MS from Georgia Tech and BTech from IIT Kharagpur in electronics engineering. He is also an inventor on more than twenty US patents.
Dovaldas Buzinskas
Dovaldas is Director, Private Equity at CDPQ, a global investment group with CAD 365.5 billion assets under management. Based in Singapore, he covers direct investments in Asia-Pacific with a strong focus on the technology and health care segments.
Dovaldas joined CDPQ in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A.
Previously, Dovaldas worked at Antin Infrastructure Partners, a leading Private Equity firm focusing on infrastructure investments with over €15 billion assets under management. He started his career at Goldman Sachs in Paris, in the Investment Banking division covering France and Benelux.
Dovaldas holds a Master in Finance from HEC Paris and currently sits on the Boards of Directors of Druva, PharmEasy and Healthscope.
Harish Belur
Harish Belur joined Riverwood Capital in 2011 as Vice President. Prior to Riverwood, Harish worked at Cisco Systems where he led Product Management teams in Switching, Routing and Smart Grid sectors. Previously, Harish co-founded and led Product Management at Greenfield Networks, which was acquired by Cisco Systems and resulted in industry leading ME-3×00 carrier ethernet access products. Harish has a BTech in EE from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tom Banahan
Tom is a Managing Director with Tenaya Capital. Tom has been with Tenaya since 1999 and was included on the Forbes Midas List of Top Tech Investors for the past two years. Prior to joining Tenaya, Tom spent 20 years working in business development and sales in the technology industry. He was part of the executive teams that brought both Marimba and Spyglass to public offering, and began his career in the sales organization at IBM. Tom holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
