Krishna Iyer is a senior Engineering and Product leader with over 22 years of experience leading global engineering teams and building software and services across cloud and devices. Krishna loves building and scaling collaborative teams to solve hard engineering, product and business problems. In his 9+ years at Amazon, Krishna has led engineering teams spanning the globe. Krishna is currently the Head of Engineering of Amazon Q Apps in AWS Next Generation Developer Experience.

Craig Guinasso is the Sr. Director for Technology and Cybersecurity at Alector. In this role, he is the accountable leader for all Enterprise Technology and Cybersecurity activities. These activities include the development and implementation of long-term corporate strategy, maintenance and operation of corporate applications/infrastructure as well as the confidentiality, availability and integrity of corporate data.

Mr. Guinasso has over two decades of experience in cybersecurity and data privacy across a variety of technology, healthcare, banking, and gaming companies. He has built several security organizations successfully attaining HITRUST and/or ISO27001 certifications. Mr. Guinasso began his career in law enforcement where he worked as a police officer for California State University Stanislaus. Mr. Guinasso is a third-generation Redwood City, CA native.

Founder and CEO, Jaspreet Singh, brings a combination of product vision and general manager experience and has led Druva to become one of the fastest-growing companies in the multi-billion dollar data protection and management industry. His entrepreneurial spirit enabled him to bootstrap Druva, which is now valued over $2 billion and trusted worldwide by thousands of companies at the forefront of embracing the cloud era. His market and technology insights led him to create the first cloud-native data protection platform, which delivers innovative technology solutions and a distinctive consumption model disrupting a legacy of aging hardware and software. Prior to starting Druva, Jaspreet held foundational roles at Veritas and Ensim Corp. Additionally, he holds multiple patents and has a B.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.

Stephen delivers solutions to help customers extract the full potential of their data. In leading development of data management capabilities for startups and serving as CTO of the Data Protection Group at Dell EMC, Stephen found his passion in partnering with customers to solve data protection challenges for today’s enterprise and evolve modern data storage. He also spent time at NetApp as a senior technical director of data protection. Stephen is excited to connect with new customers and technology to transform how people protect, preserve, and use their data. Stephen works tirelessly to bring the latest innovative technologies to our customers, so they can always protect, manage, and increasingly obtain more value from their data.

As Druva’s CSO, Yogesh is responsible for overseeing all facets of Druva’s cybersecurity program and driving initiatives to help the company and its customers achieve cyber and data resilience. He is passionate about helping organizations secure their digital transformation journeys to the cloud.  

Yogesh brings 15 years of strong cybersecurity leadership experience to Druva, having held senior positions at high-growth organizations such as Okta, Salesforce, Orange Business Services and Global Telesystems Ltd. Most recently, Yogesh served as Senior Director of Information Security at Okta where he was instrumental in helping build and lead the security function through a period of significant business growth from $40M to $1.2B in ARR, and securing the company’s journey through a successful IPO in 2017.

With over 20 years of experience in cloud automation and emerging technologies, David has led transformative projects in data management and cloud infrastructure. As the founder and former CEO of CloudRanger, he pioneered innovative solutions to optimize cloud operations, later leading to its acquisition by Druva. Currently, David leads the Labs team in the Office of the CTO, spearheading R&D into Generative AI initiatives across the organization, including projects like Dru Copilot, Dru Investigate, and Amazon Q. His expertise spans technical research, commercial planning, and product development, making him a prominent figure in the field of cloud technology and generative AI.

Badri Raghunathan heads Druva’s cyber security product portfolio. He & his team are responsible for product strategy, execution for Druva’s fast growing suite of cyber security products which have been designated as a leader in the cyber recovery market.

Badri is a cybersecurity industry veteran with over 2 decades of experience at startup, high growth enterprises in silicon valley. Prior to Druva he held product leadership positions at leading security companies like Qualys, Symantec & Cisco where he brought to market, scaled ground breaking new security products. He holds 9 U.S. patents and has an MBA from University of California Berkeley and a masters, bachelors degrees in electrical engineering. As a technology entrepreneur, product person at heart - Badri is deeply passionate about bringing to market differentiated technology products that solve customer problems.
