Convenient Backup Scheduling

inSync provides an opportunistic scheduling approach, which ensures that backups can be scheduled flexibly at most convenient times for users. Druva inSync agent defers the first backup of the day by 10 minutes after a user logs in to ensure that the user is not disturbed when he starts his work. Backups that miss the scheduled windows are automatically resumed when bandwidth becomes available again.

Pre-Configured User Profiles

With inSync’s user profiles, it’s easy to create policies for backup and restore and apply it to groups of users. There’s a default user profile provided out of the box; creating new user profiles takes just a few minutes.

1-Click Email Setup

1-Click Quick Configuration helps administrator setup commonly used data sources like email, desktop, documents etc. With single click, inSync automatically searches and configures all Outlook PST or Apple Mail files for backup.

Automatic Client Upgrades

With inSync, it’s easy to deploy clients to multiple devices (using AD or otherwise) and to have the clients upgrade automatically when there’s a new version. The cost of managing upgrades is minimal.
