Druva Recognized as a 2023 Gartner® PeerInsights™ Customers’ Choice…

Druva has been named a 2023 Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice for Enterprise Backup and Recovery Software Solutions, as voted on by customers. All customer reviews go through a strict validation and moderation process on Gartner Peer Insights. To earn the highest Customers' Choice distinction, as Druva did, vendors must meet or exceed both the market average overall experience and the market average user interest and adoption. Druva received a rating of 4.8/5 in Customer Deployment Experience, Support Experience, and Overall Rating.

The reviews on Gartner Peer Insights provide a look into end users' willingness to recommend each vendor, and Druva has a 96% Willingness to Recommend score. Druva's recognition in the Enterprise Backup and Recovery Solutions category suggests a trend towards organizations choosing the cost-effective simplicity of SaaS platforms over the costly legacy, on-premises management of hardware and software. Druva removes hardware, software, and management overhead, and significantly reduces risks and costs.

Titan Machinery Wins with Druva for M365 and Ransomware Recovery

Titan Machinery, the largest distributor of agricultural and construction machinery in the US, needed to consolidate multiple standalone on-premise IT landscapes into a single, cloud-based global landscape. This included a need for additional data protection for Microsoft 365 to reduce risk and back up business-critical data. The company didn't want to dedicate resources to managing the data protection, and therefore sought a SaaS-based solution. After evaluating a handful of solutions, they chose the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud for its scalability, simplicity, and cost savings.

Druva provided all the data protection they needed without impacting the small team and without any dedicated time for management or maintenance. With Druva, the company protects all its business-critical Microsoft 365 data in one platform and is confident it can recover from ransomware at a moment’s notice. When asked about the decision, an IT lead said, "It does exactly what we need it to do. And the greatest value is, my team and I don’t have to worry about it."
