He first honed his technical knowledge in customer-facing roles at New Era Of Networks and Sybase (acquired by SAP). At TIBCO, Thomas held a variety of strategic sales and alliances roles before joining the marketing leadership team. As CMO of TIBCO, he grew the company’s awareness by leveraging the voice of customer advocates and highlighting the impact of the technology on the World’s top sports teams. Under his leadership, his organization tripled the contribution of Marketing to the revenue via targeted, engaging, and personalized digital experiences.
