Jaspreet Singh

Co-Founder and CEO

Jaspreet is founder member of Druva and closely works with both sales team and product management. He has rich experience of over 5 years in enterprise product development and delivery. Prior to joining Druva he was with Veritas as part of the storage foundation group. He was also associated with Ensim Corp. in his earlier assignments in various engineering specific roles. He holds a Bachelors in Comp. Sc. (BTech) from IIT Guwahati.

Ramani Kothandaraman

Co-Founder and COO

Ramani Kothandaraman has more than 18 years of experience before starting Druva, of which he has 13 in management and delivery positions including Symantec, Veritas, IBM, LogicaCMG and TCS. Before moving to enterprises, Ramani was Assistant Director in the Cabinet Secretariat for 5 years and a Research Scientist with Department of Space for 2 years, (govt of India). Ramani holds a degree in Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Agricultural University, Jabalpur and Masters from Cranfield University U.K.

Milind Borate

Co-Founder and CTO

Milind Borate has over 13 years experience in enterprise product development and delivery. Milind worked at Veritas Software as Technical Director for SAN-FS and served on board of Veritas patent filter committee. Milind has filed over 15 patent applications (4 allotted) and co-authored "Undocumented Windows NT" in 1998. He holds a BE (CS) degree from University of Poona and MTech (CS) degree from IIT, Bombay.

Ash Ahuja

Director Sales - North America

Ash Ahuja has over twenty five years of sales experience with the past fourteen in the technology domain. An entrepreneur at heart, his true passion lies in helping companies grow. Alumnus of George Mason University, he has held senior sales and management positions with software start ups and services companies like Relativity Technologies and Edge Technologies. Previous to joining Druva he co-founded a BI consulting firm - The Irus Group, which grew to over $8 Million in revenues.

Borja Rosales

Director Sales - Europe

Borja Rosales has over 20 years of sales experience in the IT Storage and data protection domain. Graduate from the Basque Country University, he has held senior management positions in different European storage manufacturing and distribution companies like Fibrenetix Group and CYCMA. Before joining Druva he was founder and co-owner of a Remote Backup Services and Data Restoration company in Spain, Restoretek, that managed to achieve 100% restorability of data backed up by the customer.
