Ramani Kothandaraman

Chairman of Board

Ramani Kothandaraman has more than 18 years of experience,of which he has 13 in management and delivery positions including Symantec, Veritas, IBM, LogicaCMG and TCS. Before moving to enterprises, Ramani was Assistant Director in the Cabinet Secretariat for 5 years and a Research Scientist with Department of Space for 2 years, (govt of India). Ramani holds a degree in Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Agricultural University, Jabalpur and Masters from Cranfield University U.K.

Jaspreet Singh

Jaspreet is founder member of Druva and closely works with both sales team and product management. He has rich experience of over 5 years in enterprise product development and delivery. Prior to joining Druva he was with Veritas as part of the storage foundation group. He was also associated with Ensim Corp. in his earlier assignments in various engineering specific roles. He holds a Bachelors in Comp. Sc. (BTech) from IIT Guwahati.

Rehan Yar Khan

Rehan is a serial entrepreneur and founded Flora2000 and Remindo. He has over 12 years of professional experience on startups and Internet. Rehan pioneered and has built gift delivery business from scratch. Flora2000 is today the world's premier overseas flower delivery specialist, delivering flowers in 153 countries. He folds a masters in accounting from University of London and bachelors in economics from St. Xavier's College Mumbai.

Shailendra Singh

Shailendra is a Managing Director with Sequoia Capital India. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Shailendra was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in New York. Earlier, Shailendra was an entrepreneur in the digital media industry. Shailendra received an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Mumbai. Shailendra is also a Kauffman Fellow.

Subinder Khurana

Mentor/Advisor

Subinder has been a mentor to Druva since 2009. He has experience of two strategic exits - EZPower Systems, a software products company he co-founded (now a part of Oracle), and marketRx, a product-enabled marketing analytics company (acquired by Cognizant). Subinder is a NASSCOM Emerge mentor and a Charter member of TiE. He has a B.Tech from IIT, Delhi.
